Working mainly to commission, I make fine wooden furniture, designed by myself to a brief developed and agreed
with the client. At the forefront of all my work is an emphasis on quality, craftsmanship and timeless design.

Pieces of furniture are handmade, using traditional techniques and hand-selected hardwood timber. The colours, figure and
differing grain of wood give endless variety. Timbers such as Walnut, Cherry and Oak are different with each board I buy.
One of the wonderful things about wood and its use in furniture is that it becomes more attractive with age.

Buying a piece of bespoke wooden furniture will give you a unique object, unlike the manufactured furniture so commonly
found on the high street today. The commissioning process itself can prove to be an immensely enjoyable and rewarding
experience (from initial consultations and the evolution of the design, to seeing the work in progress, through to final delivery).
You will be acquiring an object of great beauty but one that meets your exact functional requirements. You'll be purchasing
something made by hand, to the highest levels of craftsmanship that will last for many years and be used and enjoyed by
generations to come.
